I am an unrepentant reader and love literary fiction, although I do slide into trashy mysteries with little embarrassment. I am someone who cries at great performances but will glare if you tease me about it later. I am a pretty tolerant and gentle person (does that seem believable after the "glaring" comment?). I care about social justice (and most of my work has been with folks who are on the margins.) I like to be outdoors - hiking especially, and also camping. I enjoy great conversations that push me, warm fires, silly children, gourmet salads, and, of course, fuzzy creatures (as long as they are not my date). .... (see more) |
