Fun Big Box Promotion Program We will be doing executing a Swatter program soon that will put BAs in Best Buy, Wal-Mart and other big box retailers for shifts to talk about a wireless program starting this weekend in the San Francisco Bay Area. We will be having MANDATORY coaching sessions on this program in Alameda on Wednesday 10/26 from 3-6pm and Thursday 10/27 from 1-4pm (you only need to attend one). This program will run from 10/28 until the end of the year! Shifts vary by week but pretty much run 3-4 days per week depending on the week and mostly fall Thursday-Sunday. This program is a bit different. It s a sales based program and you will be paid an hourly rate of $14 plus have bonuses (you can make up to $19-$20 per hour). You will stand by the product displays and discuss the phones and products with the consumers. The goal is to close sales. With that being said there will be sales contests each month, random drawings just for working their shifts and much more. All bonuses and incentives are based on them completing all paperwork on time for the program, showing up to their shift on time, executing under the expectations and having no complaints.
