We are seeking another enthusiastic team player with strong technical, financial reporting, and a strong desire to participate with senior business leaders of varying disciplines. Our environment is quick paced, demanding, and is a varying combination of production reporting, ad hoc research, and project participation in all aspects of our company. The successful applicant will be responsible for consulting with clients to identify and define business requirements and translate internal financial requests into complex analysis designs and recommendations ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and policies. Overall assignments include data mining, database and server support, evaluating potential data sources and opportunities for additional reporting requirements, participating in development of enhanced management info capabilities, and Interpreting and presenting results and recommendations to management. The successful applicant will actively participate on internal project teams and will provide guidance to less experienced analysts. The job necessitates some off hour and remote support as determined by business needs. Necessary background: 4+ years marketing database analytics background.
